This Irish-style dry stout is named for Jamaica's 'all's good' feeling and Ireland's favorite beer style - with a twist of coffee. Irie Irish Breakfast is a subtly rich, black ale with a medium-light body, blended with a cold press extraction of Kona Coffee & Tea's Big Island grown & roasted coffee. Style: Bohemian Style Pilsner. Our Bohemian Pilsner has a forward hop character with a nice dose of malt flavor. This style originated in Pilsen, Czech Republic in the 1840's. Ours is named after a dear friend, supporter, and avid lover of Tom's beers. He lived his life with aloha and we hope to honor him and you with this beer. Comparisons: Pilsner Urquel, Becks, Bitburger Pils.
Style: Strong American Pale Ale. This crowd pleasing beer is brewed with the Hawaiian Cowboy in mind. It is bold and robust yet balanced and features a hearty British Maris Otter malt and an American hop blend that brings to mind tropical fruit and wild flowers. Comparisons: Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Anchor Steam Beer, Bass Pale Ale.
A classic robust porter spiced with all-natural hand-toasted coconut and award winning locally-grown and roasted Hamakua Coast White Mountain Coffee. Black in color and crowned with a creamy, dark tan head, toasted coconut and roasted coffee aromas are followed by hints of rich, silky dark malt and chocolate; balanced with hoppy spice finish. This multiple award winner mos recently won a Bronze Medal in the 2014 U.W. Open Beer Championships' Herb & Spice Beer category.

Brewed with rich, light and dark caramel malts and a full dose of American hops, it finishes with dry hop and toffee flavors. The India Pale Ale (IPA) style was developed in England around 1800; the extra hops and alcohol strength helped preserve the beer during its long export journeys to India and beyond. The style, rekindled with American hops, has developed a following worldwide. Ours begins with a big burst of dry-hop aroma and flavor leading to a perfect balance of of malt and hop-forward character and finishing with a lingering yet pleasant bitterness. 2014 World Beer cup Bronze Award winner. Style: Mai Bock Or Helles Bock. Traditionally Maibocks are a spring seasonal released in May. Ours, named for music and merriment, is a strong, golden-amber lager with rich, smooth maltiness blending nicely with light hop flavors. A slight warming finish ends with a tasty, malty goodness. Bronze Medal winner in the Bock/Maibock category at the 2014 U.S. Open Beer Championships. Comparisons: Any Mai Bock or Blonde Bock, Hofbrau Haus Munich, Ayinger, and Paulaner.
Style: Belgian Strong Golden Ale Or Abbey Ale. A Belgian-style strong golden ale with a wondrous range of fruit flavors like plum, apricot, and cherry imparted by special Belgian yeast. Traditionally served in special goblets this style of beer can turn an ordinary lunch into an extraordinary event and a slow Sunday afternoon into a special Golden Sabbath. A multiple award winner, Golden Sabbath most recentlyl brought home a 2014 Great American Beer Festival Bronze Medal for Belgian Style Strong Specialty Ale and a 2014 World Beer Cup Bronze Award for Other Belgian Style Ale.
